Brian’s journey at Stanton Street began in 2001 as its first full time web developer. In the years that followed he worked with our growing team as they built a foundation supported by quality work and exceptional customer service.
In 2005, Brian was promoted to CEO where he provided strategic, financial, and operational leadership for our team. Twelve years later, he purchased Stanton Street and became Managing Partner assuring our staff achieves the highest level of quality in all departments.
Brian has over 25 years of knowledge and experience in developing IT solutions, including web development. He attended the University of Texas at El Paso where he earned his B.B.A. in Business Management.
He’s also been a professional photographer for over 13 years. One of his motivations for becoming a photographer stemmed from many of our clients needing quality photos of their staff, facilities, and the El Paso region for their websites. He actively maintains a library of El Paso stock photography. In 2021, he achieved his goal of becoming a private pilot and now flies across the Southwest for business and adventure.
When Brian isn’t online or flying through the sky, he keeps busy hiking, traveling, and perfecting the art of being the best grandpa.
Tony joined Stanton Street in 2008 as a Web Designer. He quickly acquired various design, user experience, and development skills that would eventually catapult his career. Two years later, he was promoted to Creative Director overseeing the creative concepts and vision for all of our projects.
In 2015, he gained the new title of Director of Design & Development where he managed a team of designers and developers. His attention to detail and creative intuition assured our websites were not only the best looking, but also best performing.
Tony was promoted to Partner - Creative Director at Stanton Street in 2018. With this new title in hand, he not only continues designing, but also manages accounts, production, staff, and general operations.
Tony currently holds a certificate in User Interface Design from HOW Design/University Sessions College of Professional Design and has been a professional-level member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) since 2013. Tony continues to invest in the community as a member of Progress 321, a group of like-minded creative professionals with one goal in mind, to make the Borderplex Region the next "best place to live and work." He also is a member of the El Paso Leadership Academy Board of Directors and the Parkland High School T-Stem Advisory Board.
Previously, Tony has also served as a board member on the Advertising Federation of El Paso's Board of Directors. Before working his way to the top at Stanton Street, he was a Store Support Manager in charge of the technology department.
Fast forward to present day and Tony is the father of two pups, Charles Barkley and Perry. He enjoys the craft beer scene, watching the New Jersey Devils play hockey, skateboarding, and hanging out with the love of his life.
Naomi has worked at Stanton Street since 2010, initially hired as an Account Executive. With over 25 years of project and client management experience in the multimedia realm, her current position has evolved into a culmination of these skills.
Prior to Stanton Street, Naomi was a Producer/Director for a public television station. From there, she moved into marketing, then print production at an advertising agency in El Paso. Soon after, she accepted a position in Chicago as the Business Development Project Manager at Energy BBDO. She then moved into Interactive Project Management at a boutique digital agency.
Naomi attended New Mexico State University graduating with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in English. She continues to stay up-to-date with technology, taking classes in animation, programming, and video editing.
Her hobbies include sporadic adventures with her crazy hubby, questionable craft projects, experimental cooking, frolicking with her felines, reading for personal pan pizzas, and exploring nature.
Mason joined the Stanton Street team as a Web Developer in 2015. His initiative and problem-solving skills made Mason an excellent addition to our team.
As Senior Solutions Developer, he sets the programming standards and tools that help us continue to deliver quality websites and applications. His expertise and ability to think outside the box not only benefits our agency, but our clients as well.
Mason’s specialties include programming customized complex, database-driven websites and applications. He has extensive experience in CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and HTML. Prior to Stanton Street, Mason had his own creative agency, worked as a freelance developer/designer and served as a web master for various firms in El Paso.
During his free time, Mason volunteers his time and skills in assisting local artists and other non-profits build their online presence. He also enjoys off-roading, traveling, firearms, and interior decorating.
Fernanda creates and manages all digital marketing campaigns for our agency. With extensive industry experience and education, she brings top notch SEO, SEM, and analytical skills to the team.
Fernanda began her career at an interactive agency in El Paso. There, she was responsible for strategy and implementation of SEO and SEM campaigns and earned Google Partner certification. Soon after, she moved to Europe building her experience and adding on to her education. Working with team members across the globe, she analyzed user behaviors and developed online and offline marketing campaigns. Upon returning home, Fernanda continued to work in the digital realm at a local advertising agency and freelance consultant.
Fernanda’s specialties are digital strategy and search engine optimization which are key to effective marketing. She also has experience in graphic design, copywriting, email marketing, social media, UI/UX, and CSS/HTML.
Fernanda earned a B.A. in Graphic Design and Media Advertising from UTEP. She also received an MSc in Digital Marketing from Harbour.Space University in Barcelona, Spain. When she’s not at work, she’s a proud dog mom to Ramona, enjoys running, and cooking.
Tiffany joined the Stanton Street team in 2024 as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Her professionalism, drive, and innovation is reflected in her work taking our marketing services to another level.
As Digital Marketing Specialist, she is responsible for implementing online strategies for our clients based on research and best practices. Her specialties include email marketing, SMS marketing, social media, branding, digital/print media, media management, and copywriting.
In 2021, Tiffany earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational and corporate communication from UTEP along with a minor in marketing. She continues learning and gaining various Google certifications in digital marketing and e-commerce. Prior to Stanton Street, she was a Marketing Support Specialist at a local retailer.
Tiffany splits her time between Stanton Street and her photography business. When she has free time, she enjoys watching documentaries and movies. “Friends” is her favorite show on repeat. She’s also a DIY enthusiast who enjoys plants, rocking out to music, and spoiling her dogs in any way possible.
