ReadyOne, a local garment manufacturing company, needed a custom web application. Their current system was outdated and relied heavily on a paper trail and several external systems. They needed an application that combined various databases and forms into an easy-to-use interface. It also needed to be accessible to production managers, inspectors, and packers while on the production floor or at their desk. Real-time reports were also necessary to track the progress of several jobs at once.

The main goals for this application were to:

• Create an app that the production team can access, track, and modify production processes
• Generate visual reports that are easy to read and understand
• Eliminate the need for paper forms

The Result

Our application combined each of the current systems and forms into an easy-to-use centralized interface. It’s also web-based and accessible to all team members with a browser and proper credentials. In addition, the application is responsive, resizing to fit various screens for such as smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers.

We added additional modules to the existing content management system that we built in 2020. Here, site administrators could create and manage team member access without needing to log into a completely different system.
